TOCAR Interior Design 10 Year Anniversary Celebration - Friday, 1/29/2010 5:36 PM

To commemorate their decade of design, they hosted an event in the Library Room at Manhattan's infamous Core Club with a select group of friends including designers, writers, artists, editors and producers, among other creative gurus.
