Ke$ha played a concert this morning on the Today Show and I have to ask, what better way is there to wake up in the morning, than with Ke$ha? She's gorgeous, grungy and glamorizes getting drunk and waking up in unfamiliar places, like maybe in Greenpoint next to me! She doesn't try to woo us with complex dance routines or costumes with machine gun bras (GAGA!), but rather, she simplifies her approach and focuses on the root of what music is really about. Chicks who love to party! I like to party, who doesn't? And the most promising aspect of the concert was the fact that the audience was filled with a bunch of little teenagers. Now before you call me creepy, which I only kind of am, you have to think, well that's the next generation of little partiers. At least they're learning from the best. She is passing ... Read More

On Saturday afternoon in Sag Harbor, photographer John Gettings celebrated the opening of his "Photographs" exhibit at B Gallery. His works are a series of Polaroids that are reminiscent of 50's, 60's and 70's Playboy models. The images he creates stem from a discovery he stumbled upon in his fathers old foot locker. The discovery was none other than Playboy magazines which is basically like a right of passage for any coming of age boy. His images are all Polaroids and his cameras date back to the era he recreates.

Last night at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, the stars of the super-action movie, The Expendables, came out for an exclusive screening. It's like if someone, somehow Eva Mendes into, my girlfriend Eva Mendes. Almost that good. I mean, how on earth would someone be able to get John McClane, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Captian Ivan Drago (The Russian from Rocky IV who dashed America's dreams by killing Apollo Creed, only to later singlehandedly lose the cold war by getting thrashed by Rocky), Randy Couture, The good ninja from Romeo Must Die, Rocky/Rambo/Cobra, The Transporter, The Old Spice Guy and Bukowski/Chinaski from Barfly? What better way is there to celebrate years of success and insanely fortunate career moves than with a roast, to mock every one of them. There are a lot of things you can say about David Hasselhoff, and now, in this day and age, most of them touch on the subject of him being a complete f**king joke. But when Knight Rider came out, it was amazing and cool. Now, it's campy cool, like Baywatch. For instance, CLICK HERE! Told Ya! Amazing right? OR THIS! And lastly, BOOM! Hoff in leather and briefs. When you look at David Hasselhoff, a number of things race through your mind but when it comes down to it, he was untouchable. Everything he did turned to gold and for the life of me I can't figure out why. Most importantly I don't think he even knows. I also can't tell ... Read More
