Opting to show his Fall 2010 collection as a presentation at the Bryant Park Tents, J.Mendel captivated the audience with a stunning collection of 28 key looks. Color and texture were combined in lush sensuous combination.

"It always starts with color and texture." shares Giles Mendel, who was inspired by photographer Ryan McGinley's Moonmilk Series, as well as various elements in nature. Think elements of nature brought to a downtown scene--dark crystallized landscapes reinterpreted in the form of textured metallic tweeds.

Comprised of twelve clearly defined fur pieces and sixteen evening dresses, Fall 2010 promises to be a special one. The legendary design house presented lightweight and decidedly delicate day to evening looks with an understated sense of drama.
