Highlines What's So Bloody Funny

The Highline Ballroom was transformed into a spooky auditorium of playful horror, with skeletons dancing on the rafters, spider webs crawling over the walls and a creepy fog suffusing the room for What’s So Bloody Funny Evening of Comedy, hosted by Alex Borstein, the voice of ‘Family Guy’s matriarch, Lois Griffin, in benefit of the National Hemophilia Foundation. Many in attendance came out in full costume for the costume contest, with memorable costumes including Wednesday and Pugsly Addams, Captain Morgan, Walter White, Betty Davis, Princess Leah & Han Solo, Charlie Chaplin, and the winner(s) of the night, a Knife Thrower and his brave ‘Wheel of Death’ Assistant. The Highline Ballroom’s staff even got into the spirit, collectively dressing up as ‘Shark Week’, with staffer representing a day of the week as bloodied shark food.
