It was a Louisiana inspired evening from the inside out at the 12th Annual Food Allergy Initiative Ball. The Ball took place at the famed Waldorf-Astoria. The evening benefited the Food Allergy Initiative, a research fund that seeks to cure, improve diagnosis and treat food allergies, while keeping patients safe through education and advocacy. This year honored Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
The cocktail hour gathered loyal supporters and distinguished guests. Early to arrive were the fund’s Co-Chair and founder,
