“This is very ‘Fame’.”  Sam “Natural Blond” Bolton observed as we watched a bunch of cute young Broadway-ish dancers being put through their paces in a rehearsal studio at Manhattan Theater Club.  They were warming up in anticipation of the arrival of Jai Rodriguez, AKA “Queer Eye’s Culture Guy” and the star of an upcoming benefit for The Actor’s Fund of America, “Jai Rodriguez: Xposed”.

There were some terrific parties that, for one reason or another, I never got the chance to write about this past year.  The ones that come to mind (what’s left of it) are Susan Magrino and Jim Dunning’s post-nuptial blowout at The Four Seasons Restaurant, the 20th anniversary of Indochine and the opening of Jacob the Jeweler’s new shop on 57th Street.
